At NELBEE, each order is handled with the same care we give to our designs. For our launch, we are shipping exclusively within the United Kingdom.
Delivery Options

Standard UK Delivery — Complimentary on all orders over £80. £4.95 for orders below £80.
- Pre-order Delivery — Complimentary on all pre-order items.
- Orders are shipped via our trusted courier partners, with tracking provided once dispatched.
Pre-orders
- Selected pieces are made available on pre-order.
- All pre-orders include complimentary UK delivery.
Estimated dispatch within 2–4 weeks, followed by delivery within 2–4 working days.
You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. During peak periods, please allow an extra day for dispatch.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard UK Delivery: 2–4 working days from dispatch.
- We do not currently offer Next Day Delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
Packaging
We use premium, eco-conscious packaging designed to protect your items in transit and reflect the NELBEE experience.
Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, please contact us at info@nelbee.co.uk with your order number. We will work with our courier partners to resolve any issues promptly.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the UK only. International delivery will be introduced in the future, at which point this policy will be updated.
