At NELBEE, each order is handled with the same care we give to our designs. We currently deliver exclusively within the United Kingdom.

Delivery Options

• Standard UK Delivery — £3.99.
• Complimentary standard delivery on orders over £80.
• Orders are shipped via our courier partners, with tracking provided once dispatched.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. During peak periods, please allow an extra day for dispatch.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Standard UK Delivery: 3–5 working days from dispatch.
• This delivery estimate is in addition to the processing time above.
• We do not currently offer next-day delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

Packaging

Each order is carefully packaged to protect your garments during delivery.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, please contact info@nelbee.co.uk with your order number. We will work with our courier partners to investigate and resolve the issue.

Address Accuracy

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.

If you notice an error, contact info@nelbee.co.uk as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but address changes may not be possible once your order has been dispatched.

International Shipping

We currently deliver within the UK only. If international delivery becomes available, we will update this policy with the destinations, rates and estimated delivery times.
