Our Approach

We want you to love your NELBEE pieces. If something isn’t quite right, our returns process is simple and considered.

Return Window

You have 28 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • Please try garments on with care and avoid contact with perfume, makeup, or deodorant.

How to Start a Return

Email info@nelbee.co.uk with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will reply with simple next steps.

Return Shipping

  • UK returns are complimentary via our nominated carrier and label.
  • Items remain your responsibility until they reach us; please package securely.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 7 working days after receipt for processing (your bank’s timelines may vary).
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are not refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the preferred size or style.

Faults

Quality matters deeply to us. If you believe your item is faulty, contact info@nelbee.co.uk within 30 days of delivery with photos and your order number. If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalised or custom-made items (unless faulty).
  • Items returned outside the 28-day window (unless required by law).

Gifts

For gift returns initiated by the recipient, refunds can be issued to the original payment method or as store credit (upon request from the purchaser).
